Three Tip Thursday for Brain Fitness


Every Thursday morning at 8:40 am throughout the month of April (National Stress Awareness Month) I'm joining my friends at KUSI: Good Morning San Diego to share tips to improve mental and emotional health during the COVID-19 crisis.


This morning I talked with Paul Rudy (@paulrudykusi) about how to acknowledge, appreciate and adjust stress to use it as fuel for positive change. We also explored what you should watch out for with your kids and teens at home, and how you can engage them in positive discussions to improve their own brain health and fitness now and for the future.
